About CGI
At CGI, we dream big right alongside the participants in our program. Common Grounds Institute, a subsidiary of Crossroads AME Church, is a not-for-profit organization providing vocational training to unemployed and under-employed Indianapolis residents.
We thoughtfully tailor curriculum to the individual strengths and career goals of each program participant and equip them with industry-recognized certifications, degrees and credentials from accredited institutions. Upon completing the program, CGI leverages relationships with established community partners to place fellows into careers that not only offer a living wage, but competitive pay and benefits.
